The cattle have been finished through holistically planned grazing at Rivendell Farms located in Spring Valley. Plus Lazy K Beef is better for you and better for the planet. For the past ten years, farmer Jared Kerst has developed a deep knowledge of how farming techniques can renourish the earth and our bodies. Our valley has highly mineralized volcanic soils, pristine spring water, and an abundance of sunshine, this combination produces nutrient-dense beef that tastes incredible.

Colorado Edible Forest is a nursery owned and operated by Vanessa Harmony specializing in fruit trees, fruit bushes, and other edible perennial plants for Colorado, empowering Coloradans to grow their own food, build topsoil, and nurture connections to Nature.
Vanessa propagates tasty fruit trees from around the Western Slope, preserving local genetics and celebrating our fruit-growing heritage.
